Precautions for hoisting operation of jointless steel wire rope rigging

Jointless steel wire rope rigging is a ring-shaped rigging woven through special winding equipment and special process. It is characterized by soft rope body and many lifting points, which can meet the operation requirements of small lifting space and high load. It is suitable for the special needs of large lifting of transformers, shipbuilding, special machinery and various environments. The breaking load of endless loop rigging is different due to different specifications of sub ropes. The breaking load of rigging can be calculated according to the steel wire rope structure required by customers. The minimum breaking force of jointless steel wire rope is 6 times of the working load. Processing range: Φ 10mm- Φ 570mm。

Next, let's introduce the precautions for hoisting of jointless wire rope rigging

1. In case of abnormal changes in load and rope during hoisting, it shall be stopped immediately and can be used only after being inspected by qualified personnel;

2. When installing the wireline slings without joints, first make sure whether the lifted load matches the sling, and overload installation is strictly prohibited;

3. Twisted trial hoisting and inclined hoisting are not allowed for the wireline slings without joints;

4. When the object to be lifted has edges and corners or rough surface, special protective devices shall be provided to protect the load and endless loop rigging. Direct hoisting of endless loop is prohibited;

5. There is an obvious red indication in the area of no lifting point. Pay attention to the position of no lifting point and no lifting.

6. The connection method is correct during hoisting. Trial hoisting shall be carried out before hoisting, and the hoisting can be carried out only after the trial hoisting is successful. The hoisting process shall be stable and impact is strictly prohibited;

7. When using single or double loop slings without joints, hang the loop directly into the stress center of the crown block hook, and it is strictly prohibited to stress at the hook tip;

8. No two of the four endless loop slings are directly hung into the double hook of the crown block. Note that the two ropes in the hook shall not overlap and squeeze each other, and the four ropes shall be symmetrical to the stress center of the hook;
