Slip, in the long run, will further increase the wear amount of the wire rope, and the increase of the wear amount will increase the relative slip amount, and a serious vicious circle will appear.
The end result is that the degree of wire rope damage to the rope groove and its own wear will greatly increase, and in a very short period of time, the rope groove will be completely scrapped or the wire rope will be completely unusable.
