Standardize the management regulations for the use of wire rope clips

                             For a long time, in the process of using wire rope clips (rope clips) to fix the wire ropes, the winch hooks of various units of the group company have problems of non-standardization and non-uniformity. Standardize the use and management of steel wire rope clips in the group company, and formulate special management regulations for the use of wire rope clips.
Management regulations for the use of wire rope clips:
1. Layout of
 
wire rope clips The correct layout method of wire rope clips should be as shown in the figure above. The clip seat should be fastened on the working section of the wire rope, and the U-shaped bolt should be fastened on the tail section of the wire rope. Alternately arranged on the wire rope.
Second, the number of wire rope clips

For applicable occasions that meet the requirements of the standard, the minimum number of wire rope clips required for each connection shall be used according to the number shown in the table above.
3. Distance between
wire rope clips The distance A between wire rope clips is equal to 6-7 times the diameter of the wire rope.
Fourth, the strength of the fixed place between the
rope clips The strength of the fixed place of the wire rope clip depends on the correct arrangement of the rope clip on the wire rope, as well as the prudence and proficiency of the rope clip fixing and clamping. Improper tightening of nuts or insufficient number of wire rope clamps can cause the rope end to slip initially under load.
If the clamps are arranged and clamped correctly in exact quantity, and all clamps seat the clamps on the longer part of the wire rope and the U-bolts on the shorter part or end of the wire, then the strength of the anchorage is the wire 80% of its own strength.
In actual use, the rope clamp is checked after being loaded for one or two times. In most cases, the nut needs to be further tightened.
5. Fastening of
wire rope clips When tightening rope clips, the reasonable force of each rope clip must be considered, and the rope clips farthest from the collar should not be tightened separately first. The clamp rope closest to the collar (the first rope end) should be as close as possible to the collar, but still ensure that the rope clamp is properly tightened and the outer wire of the wire rope must not be damaged.
6. Pay attention to the following points when using wire rope clips
(1) When choosing rope clips, the inner net distance of the U-shaped ring should be 1~3mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope. If the clip is too large, the connection card will not be tight, which is prone to accidents. .
(2) In order to check the reliability of the joint and find out whether the wire rope is slipping, another collet can be installed about 500mm behind the last collet, and the rope end is released into a "safety bend". When the wire rope of the joint slips, The "safety bend" is first straightened, and immediate measures should be taken to deal with it.
7. Rectification requirements for the wire rope hook head of the current winch
(1) All units must complete the rectification before the end of June 2013.
(2) Each unit should conscientiously organize relevant professionals in electromechanical, transportation, production preparation, etc. to study and master the standards.
