1. When using the wire rope clamp, tighten the U-bolt until about 1 / 3 of the wire rope is flattened. Since the steel wire rope will deform after being stressed, the rope clamp shall be tightened twice after being stressed to ensure firm connection.

2. To check whether the rope clamp slips off after the steel wire rope is stressed, an additional safety rope clamp can be used.

3. Install the safety rope clamp at the position about 500mm away from the last rope clamp, release a section of safety bend at the rope head, and then clamp it with the main rope. When the clamp slides, the safety bend will be straightened for timely detection and reinforcement.

4. The size of the clip shall be consistent with the thickness of the steel wire rope. The net distance inside the U-ring shall be 1 ~ 3mm larger than the diameter of the steel wire rope. If the net distance is too large, it is not easy to get stuck.
