The continuous product of the nominal cross-sectional area of the steel wire rope (mm2), the nominal tensile strength of the steel wire rope (n / mm2) and the conversion coefficient of the minimum breaking load of the steel wire rope of a certain structure is called the minimum breaking load of the steel wire rope.

The tensile strength of elevator steel wire should be 1570mpa or 1770mpa for single strength steel wire rope; The tensile strength of elevator steel wire should be 1570mpa and 1770mpa for double strength steel wire rope.

Regardless of the number of strands of steel wire rope, the ratio of the pitch diameter of traction wheel, pulley or winding Jane to the nominal diameter of suspension rope shall not be less than 40.

The lubricant for steel wire rope shall have rust resistance.

The device for adjusting the length of steel wire rope or chain shall not loosen by itself after adjustment.

The lift car and counterweight (or counterweight) shall be suspended with steel wire rope or steel chain or roller chain with parallel links. The minimum distance between the lift car and its associated parts and the counterweight (or counterweight) and its associated parts shall not be less than 50mm.

When the wear of the outer layer of the steel wire rope reaches 40% of its diameter, the steel wire rope shall be scrapped, and the rope diameter shall also be scrapped due to the damage of the fiber core or the fracture of the steel core. When the diameter of the steel wire rope is reduced by more than 7% relative to the nominal diameter, the steel wire rope shall also be scrapped even if there is no wire breakage.
