Preparation:
Confirm the diameter and type of wire rope to be used, and select the appropriate braided rope buckle.
Prepare rope buckles and corresponding tools, such as pliers, hammers, etc.
Cut the wire rope:
Use scissors or corresponding tools to cut the wire rope according to the required length. Make sure that the cut of the wire rope is flat and free of burrs.
Stranded wire rope end:
Twist one end of the wire rope into 2-3 loops to form a hooked head.
Make sure that the wire rope heads are twisted tightly without gaps.
Install the braided buckle:
Pass the end of the wire rope through the center hole of the braided buckle so that it makes full contact with the braided rope buckle.
Strike Braided Rope Buckles:
Use a hammer to hit both sides of the braided rope buckle so that it tightly holds the wire rope head.
The hitting force should be moderate so as not to damage the braided buckle or wire rope.
Check for fixation:
Check whether the braided rope buckle is installed firmly, and whether the wire rope end is completely fixed on the braided rope buckle.
If any looseness or abnormality is found, the braided rope buckle needs to be reinstalled or replaced.
