2. The lifting chain of the explosion-proof chain block shall be hung vertically without twisted links, and the lower hook frame of the double chain shall not be overturned. The operator shall stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain, so that the hand chain wheel rotates clockwise to raise the weight; Pull the hand chain in the opposite direction, and it will slowly descend at noon. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.

3. During the lifting process of explosion-proof chain block, no matter the weight rises or falls, when pulling the chain, the force shall be even and gentle. Do not use excessive force to avoid the chain jumping or snap ring. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, he shall immediately stop using it. Maintenance method: after use, the hoist shall be cleaned and coated with anti rust grease, and stored in a dry place.

4. After cleaning and maintenance, the chain slings shall be subject to no-load test to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before being delivered for use. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean.

⑥ If the steel wire rope has an independent metal wire strand core, the core shall be folded inward during group insertion, and shall be fully inserted into the center of the insertion head for five complete penetrations.

⑦ All interpenetration shall be firmly tightened until it is consistent with the center line of the interpenetrated steel wire rope. In order to make the inserted parts smooth and round, appropriate tools shall be used for shaping to make them enter the appropriate position.

⑧ The ferrule used shall match the diameter of the steel wire rope, and the ferrule clamp shall be firm.

⑨ Burrs will inevitably appear at the connector. In order to avoid operators scratching their hands, epoxy resin and other materials should be used to cooperate with special soft plastic cylindrical tools (such as mineral water bottles) to pour and seal the connector after the connector is completed. Specific steps: fix the soft plastic cylindrical tool at the socket with rope or iron wire, erect the steel wire rope, close the lower opening of the cylindrical tool to prevent the liquid from flowing out, and then pour the epoxy resin liquid into the cylindrical tool. Note: during pouring, the liquid shall be lower than the upper surface of the tool. After pouring, it shall be placed vertically for more than 24 hours to solidify the epoxy resin.
