1、 For the prevention of wear, the diameter, material and rope groove shape of pulley and drum. Winding mode and installation method of steel wire rope on drum. Pulley and drum device and arrangement. Whether the supplement of lubricating oil is timely.

2、 Whether the corrosion prevention and lubrication are supplemented in time. Galvanized steel wire rope shall be used. If possible, the material of rope core shall be synthetic fiber. For different types of steel wire ropes, there should be provisions on the service life.

3、 For the prevention of fatigue, the diameter of pulley and drum shall be enlarged as much as possible. Avoid reverse bending of steel wire rope. Use non loose wire rope. Wire contact wire rope shall be used.

4、 Prevention of surface hardening before the operation of steel wire rope, it is necessary to clear the obstacles that have an impact. Improve the rotation performance of pulley and drum.

5、 Be careful when using steel wire rope to prevent deformation. Avoid too small bending radius of steel wire rope. Winding direction of drum. Groove type of pulley. Reduce the fluctuation of twist pitch.

6、 Other precautions to prevent emergency lifting and emergency stop. Do not lift heavy objects above the specified load.
